Woman Standing on Field

People are Incomplete

because they live inside their own mind world, which is composed of their life lived, body, and habits. People create their own false mind worlds by storing their memories as images and because of this they live trapped inside these self-made worlds.

The false mind world is molded by the lives people have lived and by the experiences they have had. All people believe their own false mind worlds to be the real world, because the images they have taken of everything they have seen, heard, and experienced perfectly overlap the real world.

The reason we are unsatisfied with our lives,

feel inadequate, and have moments when we feel our lives are meaningless is because we do not live in the real world but in the false world, which are the illusions that each of us have made.

This self-made world is called the illusionary world

or the picture world because it does not actually exist. Yet, humans do not know they are living in the false mind world because the false world overlaps the true world.

In order to escape from this illusionary world,

we must discard the illusionary pictures we have taken as well as the concepts of our very selves constructed with these illusions. We must eliminate these pictures because we live as a slave to them. When this happens, it is possible to live in the real world; only then can we know true happiness.

The Seven Levels
Of Meditation

Level 1

Discarding remembered thoughts confirming the Universe is one’s self

Level 2

Discarding images of self and relationships confirming there are no [false] minds

Level 3

Discarding the body confirming the Universe exists within one’s self

Level 4

Discarding the body and the universe confirming the original Soul and Spirit

Level 5

Discarding the body and the universe confirming the original Soul and Spirit and the world of the original Soul and Spirit

Level 6

Eliminating one’s self and becoming the universe becoming the original Soul and Spirit

Level 7

Discarding the illusionary world and the self that is living in that world

Each level (technique)

has 3 components

1. Recall

Recall the remembered thoughts and images in my mind.

2. Reflect

Reflect on the picture in order to increase self-awareness. Become aware of your habits and attachments, becoming conscious of who you are from a greater perspective: the Universe.

3. Subtract

Throw away the picture with a guided visualization technique. Train your brain to know that the illusion is not real and to throw it away from a third party perspective: the Universe.
