You have such courage and gather your strength each morning to go into action, and you come back to your home, perhaps hoping to catch a moment of silence. In gratitude and support, we offer a free weekly meditation series specifically for you and your unique circumstance as healthcare professionals. We wish to help you release and let go of the burdens carried at this time. Your mental health is essential.

Fun, releasing, calming, joyful, and enlightening: these are just some of the outcomes of meditation, regardless of age! As adults, our greatest hope for children is that they have the tools they need to overcome obstacles and enjoy a happy, healthy life. Through meditation, children can learn the most important skill for maintaining a positive and peaceful mind that is free from worries, all while having fun and making new friends! Number of participants is limited to 20.
